Qore is getting better and more powerful with every release.
There is currently no timeline, date, or target feature list assigned to the 1.0 release.
The 1.0 release will be declared when either the timing and achieved eature set feel right by the developers, or if there users need it for some reason. In the mean time, Qore will continue it's slow approach to the 1.0 release.
