Embedable multi-threaded programming language

As a part of the effort for the latest Qore release the documentation was extensively updated including adding formal definitions of all function and method parameters and return types were declared.

Additionally all module docs were updated for the new releases.

Note also that now the Qore documentation is available with the possibility to leave comments if something isn't clear, or if there's an error, or more explanation is needed.  The link above is the link to the online documentation supporting comments.
